Todd Archer of ESPNDallas.com reports the Cowboys have added Delbert Alvarado to the 90-man roster. Alvarado was close to signing with the team after a rookie mini camp tryout in May but the team opted to claim Rogers off waivers from Tampa Bay instead. Alvarado went to training camp with the Cowboys in 2010.
