Dallas Cowboys starting nose tackle Jay Ratliff, center Phil Costa, and safety Matt Johnson have been ruled out for the Seattle Seahawks game today.
Ratliff has been rehabbing a high ankle sprain, he suffered in the Cowboys preseason game versus the St. Louis Rams in August. Center Phil Costa hurt his back in the Cowboys season opener against the Giants.
