The Dallas Cowboys have signed strong safety Barry Church to a four-year extension. Church was going to be a restricted free agent after this season.
Todd Archer of ESPNDallas.com report that Church’s extension is worth nearly $9 million, he will receive a $2.5 million dollar signing bonus, and the deal has $3.8 million dollars in guaranteed money.
Church was the Cowboys starting strong safety until he torn his right Achilles in the third quarter of the Cowboys vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers game.
