The Dallas Cowboys have placed LB Orie Lemon (hamstring) on injured reserve to make room for the newly signed linebacker Gary Guyton. Cowboys hope that inside linebacker Dan Connor will be ready to return to the field this Sunday afternoon against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Guyton signed by the New England Patriots in 2008 as an undrafted free agent. He started 32 games with 4.5 sacks and three interceptions for the Patriots.
