Jason Witten sets NFL season record for reception for a tight end

Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten set the NFL single-season record for receptions by a tight end today with his 103 catch of the season. He broke Falcons’ tight end Tony Gonzalez’s mark of 102 catches.

Witten also holds the Dallas Cowboys all-time franchise record for receptions.
