Dallas Cowboys nose tackle Josh Brent was indicted by a Texas grand jury today on one count of intoxication manslaughter.  He was charge in connection for the December 8th car crash that led to the death of his close friend and Cowboys practice squad member Jerry Brown Jr.

Brent, is currently out on 100,000 bond. The intoxication manslaughter charge carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison but Brent could be eligible for probation.

No court date has been schedule.
