The Dallas Cowboys signed restricted free agent center Phil Costa to a two-year contract worth $2.7 million. By signing Costa his cap number will be $975,000, saving the Dallas Cowboys roughly $350,000 this year.
Costa also will receive a signing bonus of $450,000.
