Cowboys release George Bryan

Todd Archer of ESPNDallas.com reports the Dallas Cowboys have released undrafted tight end George Bryan.

Bryan, a two-time All-ACC pick at North Carolina State, did not get many snaps during the organized team activities and minicamp and was behind Szczerba, who did a nice job as a blocker and made some decent catches. Bryan received a $4,000 signing bonus following the draft.
