Cowboys sign punter Brian Moorman,cut safety Mana Silva

The Dallas Cowboys cut safety Mana Silva to make room for newly signed punter Brian Moorman.  In the first three games Silva had two defensive tackles and one special teams stop.

The Cowboys signed Brian Moorman after Cowboys punter Chris Jones suffered a knee injury after he almost had his punt blocked in the Cowboys home opener against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Moorman cut by the Buffalo Bills on Wednesday, he averages 45.5-yard with a 32.7-yard net average which ranked him 31st in the NFL.
