Tell us about yourself.
Hello all, I’m Katrina Beasley, and I believe my purpose is to help people develop beyond their potential. As the youngest of four from a family in Chicago, I’m proud to rep the westside!
I’m an alumnus of Whitney Young Magnet High School in Chicago (Go Dolphins!), Illinois State University (B.S. in English, Go Redbirds!) and Capella University (MBA in IT Management).
I’ve worked for a Fortune 50 corporation for 20 years and I’m a wife, a mother, a pageant queen and a businesswoman among other things. I’m a busy woman!
I consider myself to be an underestimated woman of many talents. I use my transferrable skills from my career to build upon my passion of helping others. I believe in building in silence and creating flexible plans to complete goals.
I’m also a praying woman! My favorite bible is Proverbs 4:5 – 6 “Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not to your own understanding. Submit to him and all your ways and he’ll make your path straight.”… Amen!!!

You are the reigning Ms. Ultimate All World Beauties United States 2024, tell us about your pageant system and platform.
As Ms. Ultimate All World Beauties 2024, my platform is Empowerment Through the Pillars. Both the business I created 7 Figure Girls (7FG) and All World Beauties (AWB) consist of pillars. 7FG has the pillars of faith, finance, growth, goals, glow-up, glamour, and generosity.
AWB has the pillars of service, empowerment and inner beauty. One thing I adore about AWB is it’s not a beauty pageant where you have to be a certain size, or social economical ranking. You have to be a genuine person that has a passion for being of service to others as you empower them and your inner beauty, your character will show in all that you do.
My platform Empowerment through the Pillars allows be to speak on both 7FG which is focused on mentoring as I embody the pillars of AWB during my reign as a state queen.
How did you get into pageantry?
When I was little pamphlets were always sent to our house about being in a pageant. At the time, that wasn’t part of the family budget. Fast forward to 2009 and I went to my first plus size pageant near Chicago.
After moving to Texas and getting my braces off I realized that I can be in pageants, its in my budget now.
Honestly, I was living a childhood dream and having fun. Over my years in pageantry, I’ve grown to truly appreciate so many aspects of it. From being of service to others, to enhancing my skills in public speaking, to truly being able to mentor young women through different organizations and just able to connect with great genuine people.
What have been your appearances/speaking/volunteering opportunities during you reign this year?
I’ve enjoyed the opportunities to be a featured panelist in Chicago at the Curvy Girls Takeover, the Women’s Level Up Network at a global virtual conference speaking on “Elevating to Greatness with 7 Foundational Skills” and the 5th Women Making Herstory BossUp & Brunch with Stand4Sisterhood organization.
I was blessed to be featured in Todays’ Purpose Woman as a Woman to Watch in 2024. Voyage Dallas, Shoutout DFW, SITI GIRL Dallas Magazine and SevenFG Media.
I’ve volunteered with 202Love, working with teenaged young women giving them tips on public speaking and of course they loved trying on a few of my crowns.
What advice would you give a young lady entering pageantry?
My advice would be to go to as many pageants as you can, volunteer at a few, really get involved with a pageant system before you invest in it. I would have this advice for anything you want to get into in life. I’ve attended, participated and volunteered with a few pageant systems and it has given me such an insight that I didn’t have before.
Find what your passionate about to build your platform around. Get you a great coach and remember that pageantry is about the journey. Not about the crowns, the gowns, the make-up or the prizes. It’s about sisterhood and elevating you to be better than your previous self.
Where is your favorite place to go around DFW?
The Dallas Arboretum is an amazing place and beautiful no matter the time of year.

What is your Pageant Power Play?
I think my Pageant Power Play is that I’m a developer of people, yet I’m also a connector of people. One thing that pageantry does is open doors to new opportunities that I can connect with others and be of service to them… I’m a working Queen!!!
