I had the pleasure of visiting the TX Whiskey Ranch which is located in Ft.Worth, Texas. My awesome wife surprised me and took me as a Father’s Day weekend gift and we had a blast!
First, thing you will notice when you arrive is the massive golf course (formerly the Glen Garden Country Club) with the beautiful view of the pond, plush trees, and landscaping that the distillery is sitting on and I can’t forget the awesome view of downtown Ft.Worth either.
The 112 acre ranch features their whiskey distillery which they hold their tastings, tours, and sale their awesome products. Outside of the distillery area there plenty of things to do. They have live music going on with food trucks just in case you want a bite to eat.
My wife and I got there early before for our scheduled tour time, had few cocktails at one of the two bars. We really do it big in Texas.
Their staff was super friendly especially the ladies at the front check-in desk. Our tour was very informative and our tour guide was awesome. The tour ticket purchase gets you some sample of their products and a discount at the gift shop.
I came home with a bottle of their TX blended whiskey and since it was Father’s Day weekend they did free bottle engraving. We aim to change the whiskey game with a distinctive mixture of authentic Texan attitude and innovative craftsmanship stated on their website and after my visit they are !
I will definitely be coming back here and if you haven’t paid TX Whiskey Ranch a visit you’re missing out.
