The Washington Redskins and the Philadelphia Eagles have placed their franchise tags on Redskins tight end Fred Davis, and Eagles wideout DeSean Jackson. Davis was suspended for the final four games of last season for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy, and Jackson was deactivated for one game against the Arizona Cardinals for missing a team meeting.

  • Philadelphia Eagles- WR DeSean Jackson (58 receptions for 961 yards and four touchdowns.)

           

  • Washington Redskins- TE Fred Davis (59 catches for 796 yards and three touchdowns.)
