The Dallas Cowboys will have an extra draft choice next month with the NFL awarding the franchise a fourth-round compensatory pick, because the Cowboys lost defensive end Stephen Bowen to Washington last year as an unrestricted free agent. The second fourth round pick will be No. 135 overall.
